LOVE Marla's Gem Creations! She designed my engagement ring, which is a gorgeous cushion cut diamond in a halo setting, and then created a custom wedding band to match it. I can't tell you how many compliments I get on my rings! :) Marla was a pleasure to work with -- she does such beautiful work! We also got my husband's wedding band here, and he's very happy with his ring as well. Would DEFINITELY recommend!!!!

Horrible exp

Worse experience ever. Two rings were left to size. It was supposed to take a day. After a week worth of time, they still didn’t have the rings ready. I waited in the lobby in a dusty warm out black couch. Also charged us for additional work that was not needed. This place is horrible and zero customer service!! Never coming here again!!
