At Marvins Pass Weddings our pricing remains consistent throughout the year and is not influenced by factors such as the time of year or day of the week. We operate from May to late October every year, and our rates do not change. Each package includes the same items, with the only variation being the number of guests anticipated. Additional upgrades are available, which may affect the package prices, but the base package remains the same for all price points.

We aim to provide our clients with a stress-free experience leading up to their event and on the day itself. That's why we include services such as a DJ, bartending, wedding planning, and day-of coordinating in every package. Our expert staff will work with you through Google Meets leading up to your event, and will also be present at the venue to ensure everything runs smoothly, allowing you to fully enjoy your special day.If desired, you have the option to add catering, a baker, an officiant, photographer, videographer, content creator, and other upgrades to your contract, although this is not mandatory. We understand that you may have personal connections or preferred vendors, but we also have established relationships with vendors whom we can recommend and who offer discounts at our venue. We also provide decor rental and floral services, both fresh and artificial, for tables, bouquets, and table arrangements.

For the bar service, a bartender is included in the package regardless of whether you choose to have alcohol at your event. We offer various options depending on your budget, ranging from a cash bar where guests purchase their own drinks to a ticket option or a fixed budget option. I would be happy to discuss these options in more detail during our next conversation. Please note that guests are not allowed to bring their own alcohol, and we only serve beer and wine.

By including vendors in our contract, they become part of your payment plan. This means you won't have to worry about multiple payments and down payments to different vendors. With just a $500 deposit to secure your date, the rest of the contract can be paid through one monthly installment to us.
