Congratulations on your engagement! I am a full scale wedding and event planner with over 20 years of experience in the event industry. In my career I have had the honor of being involved in more than 2,000 weddings and over 5,000 social, corporate and charity events. I have seen it all, fixed it all and never break a sweat! Over the past two decades, I have run some of the areas most prestigious venues and multi-million dollar catering companies and had the opportunity to spend seasons with decor companies, DJ's, photographers and planners. The BEST wedding planner in all of TIME and SPACE
I had booked my venue (the Lodge on Echo Lake) in Feb. 2022 and found Mary in Oct. 2022 (one year before my wedding). I was looking on Instagram and found her as a recommendation. I live in NJ, she is based in NY and has done many weddings at my venue before (also in NY).
I signed up with the "little more love" package that she offered which worked great for our budget & for the wedding day as well.
This was a once-a-month zoom meeting. She was extremely flexible with my schedule to set up times to meet.
As we got closer to the wedding, the venue's coordinator was NOT great in communication and THANK GOODNESS for Mary, she followed up until we got the answers that we needed for setting up and for communicating with all of the other vendors.
All of my other vendors were very impressed with her communication skills as well and ensuring everyone was on the same page with the timeline.
She beautifully set up the centerpieces and all other decorations that I had brought and DIY'd, it really was the most beautiful day!
I could not have done it without her, I am just sad that I don't have another big event coming up to plan with her again!
