Services Offered

Day- Of Coordination- starting at $500 This includes:

• Creating a google drive with templates to keep details in one place and stay on track
• Taking over 30 days before with unlimited contact to ensure all details are complete
• Check-In's each month to help ensure everything is on track
• First to arrive and last to leave the Day of
• Day-of Timeline for Vendors and Wedding Party
• Vendor Finalization
• Ceremony & Reception Set-up
• Ceremony Rehearsal
• Keeping things on Track
• Clean Up at the end of the night
• Assistance Wtih Rain Plans
• This price increases for larger weddings (150+), extra services, vendor bookings, and unusual challenges.

Partial Coordination- starting at $1,000

This service is perfect for brides that want help but also want to do some of the planning themselves as well. Typically the venue has already been choosen, you set up your own tasting appts and speak/book most vendors yourself. I help after vendors have been booked with keeping things on track and finializing details. This Includes:

• Everything above in Day-of Coordination
• Ceremony & Reception Layouts & Diagrams
• Monthly/Weekly Contact
• Minimal Vendor Assistance
• The price increases for larger weddings (150+), services outside of wedding coordination, and unusual challenges.

Full-Coordination- starting at $2,500

This service is for those who want to relax and leave the stress & back and forth to someone else. We discuss your wants & vision and I help make it happen. This includes:

• All Day-Of Coordination Services
• Vendor/Venue Suggestions, visits & complete take over of coorispondence
• Budget Analysis & Assistance
• Ceremony & Reception Layouts- with Diagrams
• Payment Reminders
• Design & Decor Suggestions and Application
• Mood Board Creation- create a board with colors, theme, & decor ideas
• Venue Walk-Through
• Unlimited Coorispondence
• The price increases for larger weddings (150+), services outside of wedding coordination, and unusual challenges.

For booking, I require a 50% deposit and signing of a contract. Please let me know if you have any quetions and how I can help make your dream wedding possible!
