FULL SERVICE EVENT PLANNING AND EXECUTION

From concept to completion, our Catering Manager will assist you with all your event catering needs including a formal site walk-through, rental coordination, floor plan, and event timeline. Our event professionals will assist with set-up, breakdown, and food service related needs throughout your event. Our BBQ experts will prepare meats for a carving station on our pit bar-b-que over a real oak fire in full view of your guests, serving the juiciest, smoked tender meat imaginable—resulting in the ultimate Memphis Minnie’s experience.

ON SITE BUFFET

Memphis Minnie’s will deliver, set up, and staff your buffet with our delicious slow smoked authentic bar-b-que prepared in our kitchen for your meeting, picnic, or other special occasion. Let us know what you want and our catering specialists will help you determine what quantities of food you will need to satisfy your guests.

DELIVERY WITH SET-UP

Recommended for events where no service personnel are needed and full buffet set-up is preferred. Included in this service are disposable chafing dishes, sterno, and food serving utensils.

JUST THE ‘QUE, THANK YOU

Recommended for more casual events where the only need is the need for delicious Memphis Minnie’s ‘que! We will deliver the ‘que to your locale with a minimum $500 ordering requirement; for orders that don’t meet our minimum for delivery, we can have your food hot and ready to go, packaged for pick-up as well.
