Great Service
Do not waste your time with Metro West Car Service.
Once we returned home, I sent numerous emails to Metro West Car Service to describe our anger and frustration with the service we received—the emails were never answered by Metro West Car Service. I then followed up multiple times over the phone, only to be left a voicemail that Metro West Car Service would refund us for 15% of the cost—we felt that was not nearly enough given our very negative experience. After receiving the voicemail, I’ve left a number of messages to speak with someone from Metro West Car Service and they were never returned.
If you want to hire a reliable car service that will actually pick you up at the time and location you agreed to, don’t bother with Metro West Car Service.
