Because my daughter lived 90 minutes from the venue and I lived 2500 miles from the venue, and the wedding was just a few months away, finding a wedding planner was crucial, and Michelle was invaluable. That became apparent during the wedding weekend itself, when it was necessary due to weather to change the venue with literally six hours to go. What she accomplished was phenomenal. I do not hesitate to recommend her for any event. She made what is a normally stressful event--the wedding--a breeze, and when it all turned to, well, you know, she saved the day.

Michelle was absolutely wonderful! We decided about a month and a half before our wedding that we would like to have a coordinator for the rehearsal and day of the wedding. My mom researched a list of coordinators in the Hot Springs area and when my fiancé called Michelle, he automatically felt like she would be a perfect match. When we called her, it was 2 days before we would be heading up there to do a food testing at our reception site (we live in Dallas but had the wedding in Hot Springs). He told her he knew it was very last minute but wanted to see if it would be possible to meet, and she said yes that it wasn't a problem. When we met with her, I was blown away at her attention to detail and her ability to remember names of our family members whom I was just mentioning! It was amazing!! We hit it off immediately and decided she was the one for us. Throughout the time between then and our wedding, she was always very quick to respond to my emails or texts whenever I had a question about anything. On the day of the rehearsal, she coordinated our ceremony perfectly, and trust me when I say with the group of guys we had as our groomsmen, that was an accomplishment! :) The big day had finally come and everything went off without a hitch! She had everyone under control and where they needed to be perfectly! I could not have asked for a better person to be my coordinator and am so glad she was there! I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a planner/coordinator!
