I am the owner of Michelle Gets You Hitched. In 2021, things changed in my family life and I needed to make a change in my "job" life. After some searching for a new career path, I found wedding officiating. I have always had an affinity for speaking to large and small groups. Couple that with my love for "happily ever after," and we have found a perfect place for me to be. My services are open to all couples. I like to personalize the ceremony to the couple. If you have a tradition you would like to incorporate into your ceremony, we will tailor the service to acommodate that tradition.
In June of 2023, Michelle Gets You Hitched brought on a new officiant, to exand the coverage area, and open up availability on the calendar. Christina Schumann, long-time friend of Michelle, decided she would love, to be a part of the business.
Christina Schumann is a wife, mom and grandma. She works in Human Resource consulting, which like Michelle, has brought her in contact with many people. She likes the person to person interaction, and loves to hear a couple's story. She is excited to work with each couple and create the perfect ceremony for them.
