We are Michelle Lawson Photography and we
specialize in lifestyle wedding and family photography.
Our work as wedding and family photographers is a big beautiful part of who we are. We are storytellers. We tell stories of people and families in love, choosing to do so, because we believe these moments in everyone’s lives spark the most beautiful, fearless and real emotions- Images that will be a time capsule for the beauty and joy of life. Images that will serve as a reminder to our clients for the rest of their lives how GOOD and how beautiful life is.
And with every wedding and family we are honored to photograph and film, we humbly thank the Lord for the opportunity to capture so much authenticity and beauty.
And we also thank each of you.
Thank you for being truly “our” people. The ones who adore storytelling just as much as we do. The ones who know that each love story that we film can impact each of us in a powerful and beautiful way.
We thank God that He gave us this beautiful task: to light up our space, our state, our world in love and in hope.
It’s a privilege, this job. An absolute honour and privilege. And we couldn’t be more grateful that God lets us do it. It’s surreal and wonderful and truly a gift from heaven!

Chelsea & Scotties Wedding
When we started to plan our wedding we had information overload.
Thankfully we found Steve and his amazing team.
As described in the film Contact when Dr. Ellie Arroway says “No words to describe it. Poetry! They should have sent a poet. So beautiful. So beautiful… I had no idea.”
Well we got our Poet and so much more!
Steve thank you so so much for being part of our wonderful day and making the dream come alive.

Important, Please read
I highly recommend Michelle Lawson Photographers and videographers. Steve Lawson made me feel beautiful, comfortable, and safe during the entire party. They were absolutely amazing. People were so impressed by them that they were talking about them that day, and for days after. Steve (the nicest guy) told me where to stand, what to do, and even fixed my dress during a wardrobe fail. My wedding would not have been the same without them. I was so grateful to have them there. I cannot say thank you enough to Michelle Lawson photographers. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
