Mindy’s Catering was a fantastic choice for our wedding! Mindy’s did everything - bringing in furniture, linens, food, and staff. Because our venue is open to the public until 5pm, they had an hour and a half to set up for both the ceremony and dinner/dancing -- this was done seamlessly.

Our point of contact, Erin, was amazing. She is a true professional and shared many great ideas. Erin was prompt with responses, offered useful suggestions, and knew how to tactfully stear us in a new direction if something wasn’t such a good plan. She was like... our vendor-mom. :o) She was very helpful in day-of coordination. Our satisfaction, and a quality final-product were clearly important to her!

The food was delicious! When creating the menu, Mindy’s offered numerous choices. We had a mac’n’cheese bar, which was a hit with kids and adults alike! Our captain, Chip, was very nice and professional. He brought the groom and me a plate of food to make sure we actually got to eat! We opted to bring our own alcohol and desserts, which Mindy’s graciously accommodated with mixers, bar tenders, and set-up/replenishing of the desserts. They also allowed us to review alcohol quantity with them to ensure we had enough.

My husband and I can highly recommend Mindy's catering! We had a rehearsal dinner for 109 people at Decatur House utilizing the courtyard for a cocktail reception and the carriage house for sit down buffet dinner. Erin White was fabulous in helping me choose the buffet items, appetizers, signature cocktails, and linens! The staff were also extremely professional and helpful. It was a flawless, seamless event and my guests just raved about the food! Buffet items were creative, delicious, and made it still hot to the tables. The linen choices were exhaustive! Everything was just exquisite –I just can't say enough about Mindy's catering service!

We worked with Erin from Mindy's catering. She was so helpful. She was easy going but totally engaged. I felt so much calmer about our reception after we met with her. She was flexible and happy to accomodate some of our quirky.requests.

The food was so amazing. Our guests loved it and still talk about it. We had salmon that was still fresh the next night. Everything was beautifully presented and so tasty. I highly recommend them and would use them again on a heartbeat.
