After growing up a “Bull City” North Carolinian, Jim relocated to Ohio and then spent the majority of his life in Connecticut where he and his wife raised their 3 children. After retiring to the island of his dreams, alongside caring for the property, Jim now spends his Hilton Head days golfing, experimenting with fresh caught seafood in the kitchen, staying engaged in his church community, kicking back with an I.P.A, and hanging out with his 10 grandchildren as often as possible.
When you meet Jim, you’ll feel as though you’ve made a new friend. From his warm and friendly welcome to his dependable communication and problem-solving abilities, Jim is the host with the most. As the property’s caretaker, Jim will connect with you before and during your stay as needed to ensure that your experience is as carefree as possible.
