The Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth is a leader in collecting, showing, and interpreting art from the 1940s to the present. Situated in the heart of the Cultural District, the creative center of the city, the Modern has been housed since 2002 in an elegant concrete, glass, and steel building designed by the renowned Japanese architect Tadao Ando. In addition to 53,000 square feet of soaring, light-filled gallery space and landscaped grounds with outdoor sculptures, the museum features a reflecting pond, theater, elegant private event facilities, education center, gift shop, and café, creating a thriving hub for our community and beyond.
The Museum's event facilities are perfect for hosting personal, corporate, and special occasion events in partnership with the welcoming hospitality of Wolfgang Puck Catering. We absolutely loved every minute of our reception at the Museum! The staff was overly friendly and altered to our every need from the planning process to the day-of. Sarah was a delight to work with and ensured every question was answered from the start. She had worked with my other vendors and planner (Tami Winn) before, so there were no issues concerning museum safety and understanding when set-up is allowed. The food was absolutely amazing! We have heard continuing compliments to the Chef and the museum staff! Sarah has masterfully conquered coordinating events at the museum, which is a huge accomplishment! She is on top of her game, from planning the food tasting to executing the set-up with the vendors. Sarah is a joy to work with and is a great addition to any team! We cannot thank Sarah and the Modern enough!!
