Brought to you by Celebrity Chef and Food Network’s Guys Grocery Winner, Gus Galvao. Our Catering menus coincide with our restaurant menus so you can experience a meal at Nonna Carola’s on a bigger scale. We believe in family traditions and we know the importance of repeat customers. We have 4 Different Rooms available for booking: The Colliseum, The Palazzo, The Mezzanine and The Lounge. We have a variety of different packages available and are more than happy to customize anything according to your personal needs.

We hosted our Holiday Party at Molly Spillane's (2 years in a row) and it was blast! Everyone had a great time, the food was delicious, and the service was fantastic! We worked with Ashley, who coordinated both events, and she as so easy to work with. Everything was perfect and so festive!
