Maddie made our wedding weekend absolutely perfect. When we first started our wedding planning about 9 months out, we were overwhelmed and stressed about the whole process. However, when we were 3 months out, we hired Maddie, and that all changed. We hired Maddie to help us with our rehearsal dinner/welcome party on 4/8/22 and our wedding on 4/9/22. Maddie immediately took over and organized our events. She contacted vendors for us and kept us on track with every little detail.

She went above and beyond planning and during both events. As a couple we extremely indecisive, but Maddie was extremely patient with us while tried to make decisions along the way. She also provided helpful suggestions and nudged us in the right direction We were able to have a stress free weekend while Maddie coordinated the timing with all vendors at the venue. During the rehearsal dinner and wedding, our friends and family mentioned how impressed they were with her as well. A few couples from our wedding were so impressed that they have also hired her for their wedding! Each moment was executed perfectly and in such a thoughtful manner. Our wedding weekend was truly a dream come true, thanks to Maddie's efforts!

Hiring Maddie for the rehearsal dinner and Wedding turned out to be the best money we spent...by far! I will recommend Maddie every time I hear of a wedding. Wish we could give more than 5 stars :)

I can’t say enough great things about Maddie! She worked with me the month of my wedding and made things SO much easier as the wedding got closer and closer! She was super laid back, checked in on me in the days leading up to the wedding, made creating the wedding timeline so much easier (this was a hug anxiety for me!) and attended my final walkthrough at the venue with us. On the day of the wedding, she kept things on track, checked in on me and touched base with all the vendors so I was not bothered at all on my big day! If you need a wedding planner/coordinator, Maddie is your girl!!
