I'm not sure how we could have gotten through the day without her. She communicated with our other vendors to make sure everyone knew what they were doing and set up a timeline to be followed. She caters to specific needs and she is determined to meet every detail. We're so thankful for all that Monica did for us on our wedding day!

My wedding would not have been perfect without Monica.

From the moment I met her at a wedding show, I knew we would click. She is meticulous and warm at the same time, which is a rare combination. Monica helped me organize every aspect of the day.

We booked a month of coordination package. If you’re looking for day of coordination, don’t. Having Monica for a whole month was the best decision we made. She handled everything from making sure we had our final vendor payments in on time to the guest seating and meals (because we did a plated meal due to COVID), from ensuring every detail of the decor was where it was supposed to be, to making sure we stayed on schedule and still got all the pictures we wanted.

Monica knows almost everyone in the wedding industry in the Frederick area, which means she has phenomenal working relationships with almost every vendor on our team. And those she met for the first time at our wedding? She worked with them like she’d known them for years. It was a dream. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She even made sure my wine glass was full the whole night.

When I wanted someone to find my brother in law for a picture, Monica got him. When we needed golf carts to get to a photo location, Monica called for them. When we needed our food boxes up because who has time to eat at their own wedding, Monica put it in our car. And when my bouquet ended up with her at the end of the night, Monica packaged it up and overnighted it to the shop I hired to preserve it. Monica will treat your wedding day like you’re her best friend and make sure your every vision and dream comes to fruition.

Monica was super easy to work with we clicked instantly and I am so thankful that my co worker / Friend gave me her contact the greatest gift of all times. Monica is very attentive she literally takes as much burden off of you as you allow .
