They had the whole place dancing all night!
My husband really wanted to have a band instead of a dj. So we went with the Moses Jones Band per reccomendation of another bride! The Moses Jones Band is a 12 piece band, and plays music from Etta James to Outkast, there is something for everyone to dance to! Our wedding guests are still asking about them 3 months after our wedding! One of my bridesmaids' parents have gone out of their way twice since our wedding to see the band play locally!
Honestly, the band and our photographer are tied for the best money we spent on our wedding! The band is significantly more expensive than a dj, but if you want your wedding to be unique... go with the Moses Jones Band! The also have a jazz trio that's included in your cost, that can play during cocktail hour or dinner! We worked with John, their trumpet player to coordinate ALL of the details, and he was awesome! He really did make sure that all of the details were PERFECT! I'm so happy we chose the Moses Jones Band to play our wedding!

I had seen what I thought was the Moses’s Jones band a few years ago and they were good so we booked them for our wedding. Turns out they have multiple bands and the one that came to ours was not what I had seen. They were super unprofessional and the piano player was dressed like he forgot his clothes. They also weren’t ready for our first dance when it was announced because they couldn’t find the drummer and we stood their awkwardly. They did not sing well throughout the night. I do not recommend.
