NOTE: This review is based on my correspondence with Julie Kean at Mulligans only. Unfortunately due to the size of our wedding, we were unable to have our reception at this venue since we increased our guest count mid planning and exceeded their max occupancy limit. But working with Julie was GREAT!

I worked with Julie to have our reception at Mulligans on the Blue (view is FANTASTIC). She was VERY responsive and extremely flexible and accommodating to meeting our budget and any other requests. Not only did she work with me for the reception, but she also helped find a ceremony space that would be able to accommodate the number of guests we had at the time. She worked with the manager at Hotel Wailea (5 min ride up the hill from the venue) so that it was within our budget! She went above and beyond our expectations. And if we didn't increase the number of guests (by double), we would have booked Mulligans as our venue in an instant. We live in Seattle and was planning our wedding from afar. Julie helped make the wedding planning process easy and fun. She is GREAT to work with, and I highly recommend this venue.

Julie was great to work with and very informative she made me feel comfortable with the whole process of the reception and food choices. I was pleased to work with her and her staff once I got to Maui. Plus the food was so delicious it was worth the stress of getting a destination wedding planned!

Mulligan's on the Blue was an excellent choice to have our reception. With 27 guests we opted for the Plated Menu and the food was so good! (i still dream about that fish & risotto and cheese cake, yum!!) Julie was an absolute pleasure to deal with, although I didn't meet her in person, she was very attentive over phone and email helping us choose the best items for our menu etc. When we arrived we were greeted by our servers, and they immediately got us drinks going. We had our own personalized Menu's on the tables for each guest. The Servers were very very attentive to me & my Husband, calling us by name the whole night :) We really couldn't have asked for better service. We also enjoyed their house entertainment, Soul Kitchen, during our meal on the front lanai, and the band played/sang us "At Last" for our first dance and really made us feel special. My only regret was not staying longer, due to having minors in our group we had to leave by 10pm (or the minors did anyway) but since we all took a mini bus together we left together. Overall a fantastic night and fantastic service.
