Nadia Santaniello Bucholtz is a first-generation Italian-American with a lifelong passion for food and the way it can bring people together. In 1991, she opened Villa Santaniello, a 300-seat banquet facility, and served as its first Banquet and Catering Director. After 25 years in the family business, she ventured into the corporate world and made a name for herself at major food & beverage companies across the Midwest. She moved to Milwaukee in 2021 to start Nadi Plates with her three children, all of whom are involved in the business.
For Zach, Nadi Plates is the realization of a lifelong dream to open a business with his mom. A wedding industry guru, Zach runs our marketing and sales as well as serving as our de facto Catering Director. He lives in downtown Milwaukee and spends his off seasons traveling, with a goal of visiting all 50 states and every continent.
