Never Enough Bake Shop is located in Mystic, Connecticut and was officially founded in February 2020 as a Cottage Food Law Operation by Aimee Filippetti.
In October 2020, with her Mom, she purchased the Bleu Squid in Olde Mistick Village. This is now where you can find all of the original Never Enough favorites, while having the Bleu Squid classics.
Owner and Pastry Chef, Aimee Filippetti is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. In 2015 she received her Associates Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts and, in 2016, her Bachelors Degree in Food Business Management, with a concentration in Advanced Baking and Pastry.
Aimee grew up in Mystic and always knew she wanted to bring her passion to the community of Southeastern Connecticut.
