The Club at Pasadera is a romantic, Early California-inspired wedding venue in Monterey, California. This venue is inspired by old world Spanish architecture, with rustic buildings and neatly manicured lawns and gardens. The hacienda setting is ideal for intimate weddings and grand events alike, and with The Club at Pasadera staff you can truly make it your own. They provide multiple indoor and outdoor spaces, as well as all-inclusive rental packages that cater to your every wedding day need. Whether you want to celebrate with your closest family on the lawn, or gather a large group for a ballroom banquet, The Club at Pasadera is an ideal venue to make your wedding dreams come true.
Facilities and Capacity
The Club at Pasadera provides three main event spaces, each with their own unique characteristics and ideal uses. The ballroom and banquet, which accommodates up to 150 seated guests, has beautiful curtained windows to allow natural light when the sun sets, and and chandeliers to add mood lighting in the evening hours. The ballroom also features a grand stone fireplace, adding elegant and regal appearance to your reception space. French doors open up to the adjoining cobblestone patio, which can seat another 50 guests or more near another outdoor fireplace. The covered patio overlooks that club’s golf course, and affords a view of the Santa Lucia Mountains. For larger parties, the back lawn can be set up with tents, and accommodate up to 400.

Over the moon!
Where do I begin? First of Carl Cortez is a delight to work with from the initial tour all the way to the wedding and even after! He is friendly, welcoming, accommodating and so much more! He is actually one of the reasons why we booked the venue! He listened and really captured our vision and he ensured we receive what we envisioned. We are so grateful for him and his team through our wedding planning journey! Now to the venue!… the venue speaks for itself it’s absolutely stunning on its own! It’s beautiful views the multiple rooms that were available to use for the wedding and the best part the courtyard! I fell in love with it! Our guests were in awe of the venue we keep getting compliments on how stunning and beautiful the venue was. Also it was very helpful that there was a lodge for us to use which helped with me (bride) getting ready and with all my bridal party! We were on time ;) Our overall experience is beyond what we expected. We had a Mexican/American wedding and the venue was so helpful to ensure we had the entertainment we wanted (Banda, mariachi, violinist & DJ) Carl and his staff made everything soooo easy and stress free which is very important in wedding planning. The food was amazing as well Chef Colin & Chef Peter were able to make up a Mexican menu for our guests and we have received endless comments of how delicious the food and appetizers were. We didn’t have to hire different vendors for cocktails or food or waiters- Pasadera had everything. I would recommend this venue to everyone they made my wedding very special and a wedding my guests will remember!

Best wedding ever!
We just had our wedding at the club at pasadera and it was hands down the best experience working with any vendor or venue I’ve ever had. From beginning to end we were treated great, with flexibility and responsiveness. Carl and his team were always available for any questions or accommodation we had. The venue itself is beautiful and well kept, every staff member we encountered was beyond nice, and the villa included for weddings was what sealed the deal for us. We had a beautiful and roomy place to get ready, and a safe and familiar place to return after. It was also a great option for our daughter once she was ready for bed, she was with the sitter in walking distance from us at all times. And the food was just the cherry on top! A little slice of Italy in Monterey
We couldn’t haven’t been more impressed with The Club at Pasadera and their team. Not only is the venue absolutely stunning, the service from every employee exceeded all expectations and the food was just phenomenal. We had a beautiful Tuscany theme going and the Chef helped us create a curated menu that reflected Pasadera’s best plates while also keeping the Italian theme. We loved being able to collaborate with the staff and cannot imagine getting married anywhere else. The Club will forever hold such a special place in our hearts and we can’t wait to make visiting the venue a tradition. We cannot say thank you ENOUGH to Carl and his team for making our wedding day the best day of our lives.
