Nicole Canegata is a destination-wedding photographer based in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, serving all three Virgin Islands, and available for travel worldwide. She specializes in fine art weddings, engagement sessions and family portraits, with over eight years of photography experience.

Her photography style encompasses a fine art editorial, contemporary and photo-journalistic approach. She strives to produce imagery that her clients will love and cherish for all time; capturing the emotional connection, beauty, romance and wonderful details experienced on their special day. Nicole utilizes as much natural light as possible during photo sessions, creating a soft, ethereal and fresh look to her work.

Nicole completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography at Brooks Institute in Santa Barbara, CA. She has interned for and been published in Santa Barbara Magazine, and is also a member of the Professional Photographers of America (PPA). Nicole was recently awarded the Wedding Wire 2016 "Couple's Choice Award."
