I am completely and totally in love with photography! I have a passion for taking pictures that started when I was about 5 years old and got my first camera (a Kodak 110) and never turns off. When I have a day off, I take pictures for fun. When I’m on vacation, I pack my camera gear. I work every day to get better at my craft and to learn more about the ever-changing world of photography.

My original, and still shared passion, is writing. I started off my career as a writer for a newspaper, that I eventually ended up being the editor for. It was at that position that I began considering photography as a viable career and accepted a few offers for freelance gigs.

I live in Sacramento, California with my incredible fur baby, Milly the Dog and we enjoy hiking, swimming, travelling, music, cooking, entertaining, and basically ANYTHING that is done outdoors.
