I am so happy that I hired Nine Salon & Spa to provide hair and make-up services for my bridal party. Kathlyn was very responsive and helped to put me at ease throughout the process. Starting at my hair trial, she listened carefully to my vision and provided helpful guidance along the way. I appreciated her straightforward manner- she shared her opinion when I felt indecisive but also listened to feedback and changed course when she could tell I wasn't happy with something. She and Carrie were a fantastic team on our wedding day. They were professional and kept the schedule moving, but also provided a fun and relaxed atmosphere while each person was getting their hair and make-up done. There was music and lively chatter in the bridal suite the whole morning and I so appreciated that positive environment on my wedding morning. Each person that got their hair and make-up done looked gorgeous and, most importantly, like themselves! Each person's different style was evident in the final outcome, and we looked beautiful together as a group. Kathlyn and Carrie made me feel like a queen on my wedding day and they were sweet enough to even leave me with a small gift. I highly recommend them for any hair and make-up needs! Having been a client at Nine Salon for ages, I knew without hesitation they would be the ones to do my hair/makeup for my wedding! Carrie, Jen, and Marcella traveled to the venue to glam us up, and they did a wonderful job. They were timely and professional and our hair/makeup lasted through our windy beach wedding and dancing the night away!

Completely unprofessional tried booking a wedding with her and she kept blowing me off never returning calls and excuses all the time during emails not to call me back! I would never trust her with my wedding day!
