Tobi was awesome to work with, and she made us a cake that was as beautiful as it was delicious. We told her which flavors we were interested in and she made us a gorgeous tasting tray of cupcakes decorated in the style we were interested in, with extra frostings/fillings so we could try out different combinations. We ended up having a 3-tier cake that had a different cake/filling for each layer. I had shown her some Pinterest photos of cakes with natural flowers and she totally delivered, creating a cake decorated with locally grown dahlias and seasonal fruits dusted with gold. Our guests all raved about how beautiful it was, and it tasted great. Highly recommend.

Tobi makes great cakes to start with! They are light and the frosting it not sickeningly sweet. We did our cake tasting and I loved that I got to try what asked for and then decided out of everything what we wanted for our big day. She made the experience great and she was so nice and fun to talk to while we were doing our cake tasting. Her prices are great and she makes everything for you. She also works with your budget and she allows you to adjust the amount of cupcakes based on the number of people coming to the wedding. I will continue to frequent Noisette after our wedding because of their quality.

Tobi and her team at Noisette Pastry Kitchen are amazing! All the cakes and ingredients are fresh and as local as possible. I ordered a 3 tiered vanilla cake with lemon curd and raspberry preserves with buttercream frosting. It was the BEST wedding cake I've ever tasted Tobi know's what she's doing when it comes to decorating the cake, and even took charge of the placement of flowers, which looked gorgeous. There was barely any cake left over! You WILL NOT be disappointed.
