Evan has extensive experience in the customer service field and brings a passion for providing personalized care to our patients. She coordinates all patient appointments and schedules any tests required before receiving treatment.
Amber is board-certified and an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees at the University of Utah. Amber has written articles for “Bariatrics Today” and “Obesity Help” regarding follow-up care after bariatric surgery, and she led the initiative for her center in Utah to obtain the Bariatric Center of Excellence Certification in 2008.
Michelle is passionate about nutrition and wellness and takes a patient-centered approach to both. She believes that good nutrition is the foundation for optimal health. She hopes to inspire healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes that promote optimal health, prevent disease, and enhance patients’ overall quality of life in a way that adjusts to their individual needs and preferences.
