Both of my sisters hired Kate for their day-of-coordinator and she helped both of their days run so smoothly and be a dream come true. She was an easy choice for our wedding to help us keep some sanity on the day of! Kate talked with me a couple of times before the wedding to make sure we were on the same page with decorations and she helped create a detailed timeline of the day. She also reached out to the rest of our vendors to make sure those details were set, too. On the wedding day, she setup our ceremony and reception space beautifully! There were a couple of times I realized I forgot to tell her about something, but she had already taken care of it! She is so kind and seriously the BEST at what she does! She truly lets the couple and their families focus on the big day instead of all the little details or any problems that may arise. I am so grateful she was there and she helped our dream wedding come to life! I highly recommend Kate!

After our experience with Kate, I have no idea how my husband and I thought we *might* not need a day of coordinator for our wedding. I am so glad we made the decision to go with Kate! From the first contact she was fantastic. We had tried to find a day of coordinator within budget to no avail, but Kate was willing to work with our budget and even created a customized package to fit our needs. Kate was able to take a lot of the pressure off of us the day of our wedding. She was completely organized and detailed in her setup of our decor.
