About the Venue:

The perfect venue in gorgeous bluff-front Malibu that will leave you with lifetime memories. Open the French doors to enjoy an unobstructed ocean view and a one-acre lawn for ceremonies, receptions, showers, parties, you name it! There is also a large pool perfect for cocktail hour and a bridal brunch by the water, all surrounded by beautiful Malibu. The setting is within walking distance to the beach and places for hiking, and minutes to restaurants, coffee shops, markets, banks, post offices, gyms, and more! This house is one of a kind in Malibu. Overlooking the ocean, with over an acre of grass lawn in front, within walking distance to a state beach, natural preserve park, and hiking trail, it's a dream house to bring your family and friends to have a magical wedding weekend.

There is a romantic honeymoon suite for the newlyweds, which has patio access with an unobstructed view of the ocean, pool, and lawn. You will find a secondary bedroom with its own access door to the front yard, which faces white magnolia flowers. It is perfect for wedding party guests or family members to be close by on the big day. The grand kitchen offers generous counter space, professional cooking appliances, and built-in bay seating with views of the amazing scenery. The lower level is a large space with two trundle beds and an attached bathroom, with French doors connecting to expansive outdoor grounds and a covered terrace with a built-in BBQ, sparkling pool, and rolling lawns. Limited parking spots and an express EV charger are available on this property!

Intimate Wedding Full Buyout: (50 guests or less) which includes two nights stay and access to full property. Weekdays and Weekends available.

Intimate Wedding or Elopement Hourly: priced per hour (50 guests or less), so you decide how long you want it to be!!!

Package 3:

Full Wedding Buyout: (100+ guests) includes a two-night stay and access to full property. Weekdays and Weekends available.

Package 4:

Full Wedding Hourly: priced per hour (100+ guests), so you decide how long you want it to be!!!

Note: Guests will need to follow city noise and traffic rules. Valet parking is REQUIRED for guests. The wedding coordinator is REQUIRED to arrange everything else; we only provide space for the wedding. We will work with your wedding coordinator to make sure guests and their transportation comply with city rules.
