She is a great person to work with very professional, listings to what you have to say, gets every detail from both sides, and also helps with any problem that comes up. She is a super nice person can't wait to have her as our officiant at my wedding ceremony.

Not many people are willing to give up their holiday to attend a wedding, but Mary did. From the moment of our initial contact, we were put at ease by her gentle ways. She consulted with us on several occasions to get a real sense of who we were and what role she would play in our mentoring and wedding day. Mary was able to help us define what we bring to the marriage and what we see the marriage growing in to. Those things will allow us to keep conflicts, doubts, and troubling times in perspective. Even though we've known each other over 20 years, Mary opened up channels to allow us to learn and share even more with each other. We were blessed that we found Mary and that she will forever be a part of our lives.

My husband and I couldn’t be more happy with our decision to have Mary Howe officiate our wedding. From our first conversation with her we were immediately drawn to her positive attitude. We wanted our ceremony to be about love, and not overtly religious, and Mary’s views on spirituality fit perfectly with our beliefs and vision for our wedding.

Mary worked with us to make sure the ceremony fit our vision for our wedding. She listened to all of our requests, and was not shy abut giving suggestions all of which were helpful as she has been a part of many more weddings than either of us. She made our ceremony personal by telling our guests the story of our relationship and she did a beautiful job of balancing it being thoughtful and funny. We thought it would be nice to have a psalm in the ceremony as a nod to our religious upbrinings, and Mary picked out a beautiful psalm that conveyed our love for each other while tying in the natural theme of our ceremony and setting.

At the rehearsal dinner and reception after the wedding, Mary stayed and spoke with family and friends and it felt really special that she was not only there for us, but she had formed a relationship with some of the people that meant the most to us.

Mary repeatedly stressed that she is not just there for us on our wedding day, but that she also hopes that we continue to reach out to her through any hard times we may encounter individually or as a couple. I don’t think that was an empty promise and I have no doubt that if we reached out to her in the future she would help us wither wisdom, experience, and calming nature.
