We LOVE hosting weddings and receptions at OK40 Ranch. Leave all the details to owner and designer, Debbie Hunter. Visit www.OK40Ranch.com for more information. We welcome you to share your event ideas with us or ask about ours. Weddings and events can be on property in our outdoor gazebo, in the woods, indoors at the Hacienda Vestibule Grande or in our Reception Hall.

A non-refundable deposit of $500 secures your event date at OK40 Ranch. All planning appointments can be at the Ranch or a location of your choice. Please note that we like to keep appointments to 60 minutes and at locations within the greater Tulsa area, if not at our ranch.

Ask about the Hacienda Bed & Breakfast or the Hacienda Vestibule Grande for your bridal party and out of town guests. NOW OPEN at our 40-acre ranch private bridal party cabins. Accepting reservations for 2017 and 2018. Call Debbie for more information (918) 230-1099.

Amazing location/amazing venue owner/coordinator

If you need an incredible venue for a wedding or activity, OK40 will not disappoint! Deb any her staff are amazing! With Deb and all her experience you don’t even need a wedding coordinator! She and her staff work so hard to be sure the bride has exactly what she wants for the day. Deb is easy to work with and the facilities gorgeous. The two bedroom/two bathroom cabins one for the guys/one for the girls were perfect to get ready in! And the horse drawn carriage for the bride to arrive in and rides for others after the ceremony such an neat touch!! Thank you Deb for making our girl’s day perfect! If you need a venue for any activity get with Deb at OK40 Ranch!

OK 40 Ranch was such an amazing venue! The value for what you pay is insane & the woman you get to work with (Debbie, the owner) is absolutely phenomenal! She is a florist also & does great work with everything! She goes above & beyond & is the reason my wedding went off without a hitch! I would do it all over again using OK40 Ranch and Mrs. Debbie!
