Olivia does great work and we’re happy with how our photos came out. However, based on communication and professionalism I would not recommend. Prior to our wedding she asked if we would like for her to do a video for free so she could add an elopement to her portfolio, of course we said yes. Fast forward to our wedding day and that’s when everything went down hill. She called me 15 minutes prior to when she was suppose to show up and asked if we can pick her up because she just got a Tesla and needed to charge it. When my wife picked her up she mentioned how she wanted to find a free charging station because she didn’t want to pay $40 to charge her car (meanwhile we paid her THOUSANDS of dollars to be there, on top of hundred more of dollars for food and activities for her and her sister in law for our wedding day/day after). We tried to brush off having to pick her up and her being late, then later throughout our wedding day we had to drive her around to different charging stations for her car. She proceeded to ask me directly after our ceremony if we could take back to her car before going to our next activity. I had to say no because then we would have all missed out on that activity because we would have been late. After the wedding day communication and getting our photos within the time frame continued to be an issue. Everything (sneak peaks, wedding photos, wedding album, USB flash drive) came well after the time frame she told us and after I had to check in with her multiple times to receive them. Fast forward almost a year after our wedding and we still have yet to receive our wedding video. ( we were in told in August 2023 it would be a couple more weeks). At this point she has told me the hard drive it was located on crashed and she had to send it to repairs? But this took multiple times of me reaching out before she finally informed me of this. I have given her at least 2-3 times over the past year where I’ve asked her if we were ever going to get it and she always said yes. However at this point I’ve given up all hope.
