The Katie and Mallory are wonderful event planners. What we appreciate of them the most was the transparency when it came to the financial side of the wedding planning. You don’t see that with many places these days (other places like to hide there fees). But Olympia Hills shows you everything up front of what you are playing for.
We also appreciate there constant support for our vision. Our theme was Spanish Garden, and my main color was a sage green. At the time when I was choosing napkins for the table they didn’t have the specific shade of green I wanted and they went ahead and ordered it for us to make everything come together.
The service was excellent. The communication between everyone was wonderful. And the professionalism was impeccable!
I definitely recommend using the wedding service at Olympia Hills!

Katie worked as the Director of Food and Beverage at Olympia Hills since February 2013. With nearly 10 years of experiance at Olympia Hills, Katie strives to reach exceptional service for all of her clients. She is a very passionate individual, who goes above and beyond for her clients. Her favorite wedding feature Olympia Hills offers is hands down the opportunity to take sunset pictures on the golf course. Katie is from the San Antonio area, and she has a Marketing Degree and an Interior Design Minor from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio. Katie has been married to her husband since 2014, and they share 2 beautful yong daughters together. When she is not at work, Katie loves to spend time outdoors with her family!
Mallory Gonzales has been Olympia Hills' Food and Manager since 2016. She is a visionary, and her innovative design component is an extreme asset to the Olympia Hills team. Mallory is a very caring individual who goes above and beyond for her clients. Calming down an anxious bride and helping clients get through difficult stresses is Mallory's favorite part of her job. Mallory married her husband in May 2022, and they are expecting their first baby in 2023. Mallory's favorite pasttime outside of work is spending time with her husband fishing at their vacation home in Rockport.
Taylor Forseth has been the Executive Chef at Olympia Hills since 2013. With over 10 years experience, Chef Taylor is an extremely talented chef, and he has a passion for creating culinary masterpieces. Chef Taylor is one of the hardest working individuals you will ever meet, and he always goes above and beyond to satisfy all of Olympia Hills' clients. Taylor loves thinking outisde the box and enjoys presenting food in an artistic way. Taylor played college soccer, and he has a Business Degree from TLU. In his spare time, you can find taylor watching a soccer match or playing a round of golf.
