On The Move Wedding & Event Rentals is more than just a décor rental company. On The Move has been around since 1995 with our origins initially providing strictly DJ and Lighting Services, we have grown into providing many of your wedding and event needs. Our team has curated and crafted many different visions with our services and is confident the we can create the perfect wedding or event for you.
Our Services:
Draping: We provide full room/wall draping, beautifully designed backdrops, canopies/chuppahs, and beautiful ceiling treatments. Make sure you ask about our large assortment of drape colors!
Event Lighting: We offer a variety of lighting options to fit any occasion; such as, colored up lighting, market/bistro lighting, gobo projections, and pin spotting!
DJ Entertainment: Since 1995, we have provided a great team of professional DJs/MCs; including bilingual (Spanish/English)! Each of our talented DJs have a large/diverse music library, are covered with a million-dollar liability insurance, carry back up equipment, and have many years of experience with providing the perfect soundtrack to your most notable life moments!
Chairs, Tables, Furniture: You get your pick when it comes to furniture! We have a large assortment of specialty chairs (gold/silver/black/white/mahogany Chiavari chairs, wood crossback chairs, clear napoleon chairs, & white/mahogany folding chairs), various tables (including farm tables), throne seating, vintage/styled furniture, Indian Furniture (wedding swing and ceremony chairs), and more!
Tabletop Rentals: We have all that you could need for tabletop decor! Starting with a variety of chargers, plateware, glassware, flatware, and centerpieces!
Dance Floors, Decor, & More: We offer different colored dance floors, flower walls, hedge walls, champagne walls, faux trees, yard games, various décor, and more…

What an amazing and talented team! You will be in great hands with OTM!
This weekend the team did a major pipe and drape design at The Tampa Club for a wedding. Not only was the team professional but their designs made the pipe and drape look incredibly elegant. They also did an amazing job draping out from our chandelier. It enhanced our already gorgeous room and we look forward to working with the team again.
So, last night, I get this text message of a picture from Mr. Smeaton. It was a picture of a subspended tiered cake that was encased with flowing elegant drapery and the detailed touch of fine lighting. He, Mr. Jacob Smeaton, is going completely out of his was to create this particular unique display for his clients; OMG! I was just in awe. To have someone that will take their time to make someone's day even more special is what we need more of not only in this industry, but also in this world. On The Move is exceptional!
