Theresa did a wonderful job as our day-of coordinator for our wedding! She took over vendor communications a few weeks out and met with us for the rehearsal the day before to make sure everyone was clear on all of the details. She also handled all of the logistics on the day beautifully and was a joy to work with.

We chose Theresa to be the day-of coordinator for our September 2023 wedding at The Club at Ruby Hill in Pleasanton, CA. She was so organized and professional during our meetings and calls during the month leading up to the big day, taking note of all the small details we discussed and clarifying things that we didn't even think about! Her expertise with running weddings was very apparent from the start. She communicated with us and the vendors well - despite being very busy with other weddings. She ran our rehearsal walkthrough on the day before and made sure everyone knew where to be / what to do.

On the day of, Theresa was on it and set up all the tables just as we had discussed and envisioned! She made sure the ceremony and all other activities happened smoothly and on time. We felt that we could trust her to handle anything that came up and we were just able to have fun and enjoy the night. I got lots of feedback from my wedding party that she was amazing and took care of cleaning up / packing things away before they even could.
