Online Marriage Preparation is a pre-ceremony counseling service that aims to prepare couples before their big day based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota. This service aims to be self-guided and paced so couples can take their time and enjoy the experience. As well as marriage counseling, Rev. Dr. Frank Nelson can also provide state marriage license discounts for couples who complete the course in Texas, Minnesota, and Florida.
