Ethan at the Outrigger provided outstanding customer service from the very start of our party planning. He offered suggestions and contacts to make the party complete. Not only was he on site for the duration of our stay, he was tremendously helpful with everything. From setting up decorations, to physical protection during our event, and even cleaning up. He answered all of my questions, was extremely flexible and accommodating. Without a doubt, our event was successful because Ethan took great care of us.
