My wedding could not have been better! The staff is amazing and the coordinator, Melissa, is absolutely wonderful! I absolutely recommend Paa-Ko!

The place itself is beautiful but the staff is horrible. The servers are young, inexperienced, and rude. The staff is very impolite and unprofessional. The event planner promises the moon and stars but delivered a horrible experience for the record books. The security staff was undertrained and mean, even screaming at and chasing my 6 year old nephew causing him to fall and break open his nose, with not so much as an apology. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone ever again. The staff has gone very downhill from what the other reviews say about them.

This is by far the worse place to have a wedding. The views are beautiful and that's about it. The main wedding coordinator does not follow through with what was promised. Every time you try to meet with her throughout the wedding planning process, she keeps telling you how busy she is with her other job. She is difficult to get a hold of and takes days to respond to texts, voicemails, or even emails. If you go here, get every little detail that's discussed in writing, because they do not follow through and they leave you overpaying for service that was never delivered. The venue itself has staff that is undertrained and simply immature. In addition, staff is rude and too busy talking to help guests. Drinks were warm by the time they were served. Food is cold and they put it away immediately and do not allow guests to have seconds even if there is food leftover. They also take away the cake immediately. The entire experience is rushed and they start folding up chairs while guests are still dancing. The venue was rented for another 3 hours and staff was already cleaning up while guests were still there. The experience with Paa-Ko was horrible and I have never seen such awful service.
