This way, the DJ can concentrate on the music and announcements, while the coordinator can insure that everyone involved (bridal party, photographer, parents of the bride/groom, venue staff & etc) are all on the same page whenever an announcement is made as well as ensure the flow of the evening runs flawlessly.
