I found this business on groupon and received a great deal on our photobooth that we had on our wedding day! The attendant was very nice and allowed our guests to take the props on the dance floor with us, which really added to the atmosphere! I only docked them a half of point on responsiveness because I waited quite a while to get a proof. But once I called, they explained the reason for delay and I had the proof the next day. Overall, I really like this company!

I was excited when I initially booked Party Time Booth for my wedding. I was working with a women who was able to answer all questions and got back to me within a day. I got a great deal and was excited to bring something fun to my wedding. However, she left the company and so did my excitement with the company.

I contacted the closer to my wedding to iron out the final detail and had several emails and phone messages unanswered. After the third attempt, the owner finally contacted me and assured me he was taking over my account for the duration. He was not any better.

After my initial email with him, he did not get back to me in a reasonable time frame, if at all. The day before the wedding I was still trying to get a hold of someone to know when the booth was showing up. I was then told that they were going to be setting up the booth during dinner, something my venue would not allow. I had sorted this issue out with the first women I worked with but the owner said it was in the contract and would not deviate (AGAIN, the day before the wedding).

The attendant for the booth, Tim, was great but was not in appropriate wedding attire (which my venue required). I paid for two attendants (one for the booth and one to help the guests with a scrapbook),only one came and as a result! I had guests putting the extra pictures in the wrong book or not leaving one at all.

My guests loved it, it was fun, but after the experience I had dealing with the business end I cannot tell you I would use them or recommend them to anyone else.
