I worked with Sam as my day of wedding coordinator but I feel like I got so much more! She checked in a few times months in advance to make sure everything was on track and asked if I needed anything. She drew up plans to help me visualize where things could go in our wedding reception tent. She reached out to other vendors on my behalf and she even made a trip to our wedding reception venue to check it out for me since I live in another state. She and her assistant made my vision truly come to life on the day of our wedding reception - it looked even better than I had imagined! Sam was always extremely prompt in responding over email and phone and I never for a moment felt like I was stressed out and trying to juggle everything on my own. Hands down, working with Party Mountain Events was the best decision I could have ever made when planning for our wedding. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone trying to plan their event! Sam is the BEST!

Party Mountain went above and beyond to make our wedding day amazing. We hired Sam for day-of coordination and were blown away with the support we received. She was kind enough to offer advice on vendors and logistics as we planned the wedding. When we met with her the week before the event to run through details, it was clear based on her questions that she had thoroughly read through all of our contracts and was thinking about every possible detail. She was instrumental in facilitating our rehearsal, and on the actual day of the wedding she literally handled everything and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Not to mention that she was a pleasure to work with and so fun to get to know throughout the process. I would highly recommend working with Party Mountain!

Sam exceeded all expectations. She was on top of all tasks and was proactive not reactive. She thought of things that did not even cross my mind and took care of things extremely quickly and efficiently. While I love Bozeman, things can move a little slower there. That is why you need Sam. She is not only a local and knows all the vendors, rehearsal locations and wedding venues, but she knows how to get tasks done swiftly even if Bozeman does not. Besides marrying my husband, Sam was the best decision made on the wedding day.
