Our full-service catering company was founded by Executive Chef Didier Pascal Ageorges who was classically trained in France as a child and has worked in fine restaurants all over the world since. With over thirty years of training and experience, Chef Didier and our team are skilled in every cuisine imaginable, and offer tastings to each couple, so you can decide exactly what you would like for your menu. Pascaline Fine Catering also creates delicious desserts and picture-perfect wedding cakes. We offer brunch, lunch and dinner menus, along with custom menus sure to please you and your guests. Menus feature fresh, seasonal locally-sourced wine country cuisine, but Pascaline also creates exquisite French, Italian, Thai, Indian, Chinese, and Mediterranean inspired menus.

Superb Experience
A Passion for Food
The food? It was fantastic. Hearing feedback from our guests, many say Pascaline's food was their favorite thing from the entire night. Between the short ribs, the dessert bar, and the late night snacks - it was a hit.
The service? Incredible and professional. We had an amazing team at our wedding - from the bartenders, servers, and chefs. They made the whole dinner run seamless. (Special shout out to the server who was dedicated to just us during happy hour. You are the real hero!)
The set up? Seamless. Ruby and her team made communication easy, and was able to make recommendations for menu items to make the day special.
But what really sold us on Pascaline was Chef Didier and his clear passion for what he does. During the tasting, it was clear he really loved what he did, and having him on site made the whole event even more special.
Go for a tasting and you'll absolutely enjoy the food, but I guarantee you'll fall in love with the Pascaline team and their clear passion for making your wedding day just as special as you hope it will be.
