I had a great experience with Pattycake for my wedding! My husband and I did a tasting with Pattycake which was a fun experience. We may have eaten all 5 cupcakes in one sitting because they were so delicious… Liz was great to work with and was very communicative and made sure to know what exactly we wanted with our wedding cake and cupcakes. At the wedding, we hardly had a chance to eat the cake ourselves since all the cupcakes disappeared! The guests loved them so much! The cake was decorated beautifully and extra toppings were provided in case of any damage. It was a smooth pick-up process and everything was done on time. My only hesitation was that I had to provide some of the toppings for decoration - though I think this is understandable for more niche items like what I had selected for my cake (dried orange slices) and they provided the fresh cherries.

We wanted a small cake for our wedding, and looked at several different bakeries. I’ve always loved Pattycake’s baked goods (which are entirely vegan, though you’d never guess if you didn’t know). I had a vision for what I wanted the cake to look like, and sent a lot of inspiration images and questions to Liz, the wedding coordinator. She was quick to reply and happily answered all my questions and requests, providing suggestions as needed and clarifying what I wanted. We picked up the cake the morning of the wedding to transport it ourselves to the venue (delivery can be arranged for an additional cost). It was securely packaged and survived the 30 minute drive down country roads! There were thorough storage and unboxing instructions which were easy to follow. The cake was beautiful, not to mention tasty!! For reference, we had a 4”/6” tiered cake, which is 12 generous servings! We also ordered sugar cookies for our welcome event, which were adorably decorated. Highly recommend utilizing Pattycake for your wedding or event needs!

Kate P. was wonderful to work with and on top of everything. We had several flavors of cupcakes and cookies because we wanted our guests to try and enjoy multiple flavors. We froze all left over cupcakes and 3 weeks later they were just as amazing as the day of. We had several life long vegans from DC say PattyCake Bakery Cupcakes were the best they ever had. Woop Woop!
We paid an additional 75$ for delivery and set up. We rented a cupcake stand through PattyCake that is basically free -you pay a security deposit they refund when you return the stand.
