Our crazy idea of having a Surprise Wedding and bringing New Orleans style cuisine to Florida was no challenge at all for this team. The food was fantastic and our guests are still talking about this truly delightful evening, Danielle and her team exceeded our expectations. To name some show stoppers: Roaming raw bar, Shrimp Po’boy, Pork tenderloin with Dirty Rice, Gumbo, and obviously Beignets! What I was particularly impressed with besides the quality of the food was how unstressed and in control the team was. They never appeared stressed and yet everything ran like clockwork. We can’t thank you all enough it was truly a blessing to have had such a confident and amazing group with us through such a special day. We never had any concerns with this poised team, we truly were so thankful to sit back and relax while Danielle and her team took the wheel.
