As parents of the bride we did not include a wedding planner / coordinator in our daughters wedding budget. We did not think we needed to spend money on this because our daughter and future son-in-law, new what they wanted in a wedding. Together they started planning for their wedding a year and a half ahead of time. Over the next several months all their had work came together for an April 30,2011 6:30p.m. wedding on the beach in Gulfbreeze Fla. with 100 to 150 guest.
About 6 or 7 months before the April 30,2011 wedding date, we began to see small problems pop up here and there, but nothing really big. These problems had to solved over the phone because we live several hundred miles away and in another state from Gulf Breeze Fla.
At this point in the wedding planning we decided we needed to hire a wedding planner/coordinator that lived in the Pensacola, Gulf Breeze area. Someone that new the area and had experience in coordinating a weddings. Our daughter started searching the Pensacola, Gulf Breeze area and came up with Kay Lee. After talking with Kay a few times on the phone and e-mails we hired Kay as our wedding planner/coordinator.
Kay handled everthing for us including cake,decor, catering,florist,etc. On the day of the wedding we didn't life a finger because we new Kay was there. My wife and I were able to enjoy our daughters wedding without worrying about small details,Kay took care of everthing. Kay pays attention to detail in every way possible.
