It’s been 5 months and I haven’t received all of my stuff. I’m missing 3 movie copies and a flash drive. Mr. Hernandez does not answer the messages. He gave us the first pictures 3 months after the event. He also gave us the movie almost 4 months after the event.
The movie didn’t include any footage of the party bus neither did they interview the people at the party like they said they would. We were promised 4 cameras at the event and only 2 showed up. Also the movie wasn’t edited much. The pictures were good. He didn’t bother to announce the picture booth at the event or remind anyone of it. We paid 1,720 total
