Our specially designed vending truck can also be found in the Goochland and Richmond area serving pit smoked BBQ made fresh on-site daily. We also provide smoked artisanal delights such as cold smoked sausages, cheeses and fresh belly, loin and buckboard bacon. The Holidays are a great time for dry cured rib roast, smoke roasted turkey or Black Forest ham. Sweets and spices also benefit from the cold smoking process. Sugars, exotic sea salts from around the world, Belgian & German chocolate, sweet cream butter and even Madagascar vanilla beans pick up the wonderful aromas and palate from such "sweet" woods as sugar maple.
