We had a magical event for our daughters birthday party. The teams as excellent, friendly, and no request was too menial. They made sure to cater to all of our last minute changes and they also had an air of elegance and class in all their presentation. We will definitely use this venue again, so grateful to the Pinery team!

We had our wedding at The Pinery Country Club in October after originally planning our wedding at The Club at Pradera, but we changed to this venue to allow for more of our guest list due to COVID restrictions. Overall, the planning process went well and Chantal was very helpful and responsive. But, on the day of the wedding I was much less impressed. Chantal said she would be around for the entire day, but she didn’t show up until right before my ceremony and then left during dinner, so a lot didn’t run smoothly. We had people walking in to our getting ready room and didn’t get the snack tray and mimosas we paid for until we chased down someone else who worked there. Then, the tables and chairs weren’t set up right in the tent, so my mom had to go fix that when she should’ve been helping me get ready. There was so much stress that could’ve been avoided if someone from the venue was there to help like we were promised. We were also told that the tent wouldn’t be cold and we wouldn’t need heaters, but the tent was absolutely freezing and we had many guests leave early because of how cold it was. When asked to bring heaters in during dinner we were told we couldn’t, so I had family members leave the wedding to buy blankets for our guests. It was definitely a bummer that the tent wasn’t what was promised and we had guests leave early and family members have to go buy blankets. Despite this, it was a gorgeous place for our wedding and worked well during the pandemic to accommodate our guests and make them feel safe at a wedding. The food was very good as well and our guests commented on how great it was. We also loved the lake that we took a golf cart to to take pictures after the ceremony, it was beautiful up there. The servers and bartenders were great and were so friendly and happy to help.
