Pizza By Fire is a catering company based in Scarborough, Maine specializing in artisan wood fired pizza catering. Our unique catering can bring a fresh, new look and “cool” factor to your wedding and really wow your guests. Our wood fired pizza truck looks great, guests love seeing our staff in action making, and baking pizzas in our wood fired oven along with great customer service at a fast pace, comparable to a more traditional catering company. We have been catering since 2011, and cater over 50 wedding events, plus many other private events like graduations, anniverseries, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, corporate events, and many others every year.

Pizza By Fire brings our wood-fired pizza truck to every event to serve appetizers for your cocktail hour reception, and wood-fired pizza, and salad for your main meal service. Our catering can accommodate certain dietary needs, including no pork, nut-free, vegan, and vegetarian. Wedding catering services include the following:
