PLANTZ plant management services were “green” before being “green” was even cool. With roots in the 1970’s, PLANTZ was formed from the merger of 2 well-respected companies serving the Tampa Bay area – Living Plants and Evergreen Interiors. With the help of the 26th letter of the alphabet, we began marketing our services in the plant management, event foliage, and landscaping areas simply as “PLANTZ” in 2005.

Since then, we have merged with Plant Manager, a key player in the Lakeland market, to expand our geographic plant management, event foliage, and landscaping territory to encompass all of Polk County. Smaller acquisitions of Amazon Tropicals and PlanTech have bolstered our position in and around the Tampa plant management market. In 2010 we formed a partnership with an Orlando-based company Up A Tree, allowing the execution of projects spanning the I-4 corridor.

Our enthusiastic, plant-loving staff currently serves over 400 plant management customers in engagements ranging from small offices with just a few plants to multi-building corporate complexes. Our plant management service portfolio also includes small, intimate rose gardens to blooming plant presentations for high-profile resort hotels; and single-home residences to the tallest buildings on the west coast of Florida.

We have a multi-service offering – plant management in offices, event foliage for parties/special occasions, and landscaping for commercial and residential properties. The common thread in our plant management service delivery is the excitement that comes with making people happy with plants – the kinds with roots (we leave the cut flowers to the florists).
