As you know, there are a ton of video options out there for you on your wedding day.

Something you should know about me is that I don't come from the wedding industry... My background is in short film and feature film production. I've been doing camera work professionally for the past 10 years. My main interest is in cinematography and lighting. So, I guess you might say I'm not your typical "videographer"

I have a heart for filmmaking and an intense passion for storytelling and communicating through visuals!! I love the art, and I love striving to capture beautiful moments - extraordinary moments - on camera! I love to boldly dig deep into a story and explore! With the intent to show something to the world in a fresh light... such that those who watch would be inspired!!

So, back to weddings.... to me it's not just about making a video of your day... This isn't just as job to me… it's about inspiring people by showing them something they hadn't seen before!

After producing a wedding Highlight Reel and delivery it to the client, the Mother-of-the-Bride came back to me and said how it meant so much to her to see parts of the wedding day she didn't really get to experience because of the busyness of the day.

That meant a lot to me when I heard that. I thought, "wow, that's what I'm aiming for"

I want to inspire people.

So, how did I get started in wedding videos? Good question.

I actually only seriously began migrating here within the last couple years. Oh, it's true, I used to do weddings on occasion for friends and family... kind of like "if I have to" sort of thing. I would do it as a gift. It was a way I could help out. But I didn't really enjoy it per say, and I certainly was not considering pursuing it further at the time. I'm not even sure I liked attending weddings.

Well, that all changed for me when I married the LOVE OF MY LIFE!!! Getting married to my beautiful bride profoundly effected me! And now, well, I love weddings :)

Funny, how things work that way some times, isn't it.

I do complete custom work... and I base the videos around who you are as a couple - so every project is different! Which I find amazingly exciting!
