Arielle is a classically trained pastry chef with over a decade of experience. She has worked for some of the best restaurants in Monmouth County including David Burke's Fromagerie, Pascal and Sabine, Charlie's of Bay Head, and il Nido.
She decided to leave the restaurant scene in early 2023 and create her cake business after getting inquiries about doing cakes for friends and families special occasions.
Arielle's work has been published in Pastry Arts Magazine (Spring 2023). She has also been seen on Food Network on Chopped and Guys Grocery Games.
